Hexadome offers comprehensive natural smoke and heat exhaust ventilation solutions for industrial buildings, residential housing blocks and public buildings.
The Hexapack Winches range now features the new Hexadome TREUIL DE COMMANDE TL 1000, the latest remote control opening and closing control system for smoke ventilators and other natural smoke and heat exhaust ventilators.

The Treuil TL 1000 complies with current regulatory requirements and integrates unobtrusively into all types of buildings. It features a very thick thermoformed red plastic box, with opening and closing procedures which comply with fire service standards, and a lead sealing system. This new box design uses a cable-operated winding mechanism to open and control the natural smoke and heat exhaust ventilator.

The Treuil TL 1000 is designed to be both more durable and more reliable and be aesthetically pleasing, which is new for this type of equipment and the professionals who use it.

With self-contained modular solutions which are easy to install and maintain, the new Treuil TL 1000 offers multiple options for connection to remote controlled pneumatically and/or electrically activated installations.

Smoke extraction and resetting
Using a Treuil TL 1000, a building is made safe using a hand-operated lever. Depending on the modules installed, they are activated manually, electromagnetically or pneumatically.
The smoke ventilator is closed using the lever; rotate the lever to start the cable winding mechanism.

Characteristics
Hexadome Treuil TL 1000 control boxes are completely modular. They offer easy installation options to adapt to various remote control modules for a range of uses:

� Modular winch DCM (Modular Control System)/DAC (Adaptive Control System)
o The building is made safe manually.

� Electromagnetic winch with electrical module
o The building is made safe manually, or electrically by a signal from a self-contained activating detector or a fire safety system.

� Pneumatic winch with pneumatic module
o The building is made safe manually or by pneumatic signal from a CO2 control box.

� Electropneumatic winch with electrical module
o The building is made safe manually, by pneumatic or electrical signal from a self-contained activating detector or a fire safety system.

Hexapack Winches
To make order-taking and the work of the installer easier, Hexadome offers Hexapack Winches in five different configurations featuring all the elements needed for a smoke exhaust installation which complies with standard NF S 61 932. This concept ensures that only one delivery is needed to give the installer a smoke ventilation and servo-control system tailored to their safety project.

Depending on the destination, the Hexapack Mechanical Winch contains a Winch TL 1000 plastic box and lever and a set of accessories and connecting equipment (pulleys, cable, clamping collars and cable clips, protective tubes, self-contained activating detector, manual activator, ionic smoke detector and CO2 cartridges).
